Tom Reynolds is an experienced English advisor and Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) with expertise in raising standards of teaching, learning, progress and outcomes.

A former Assistant Headteacher and five-times English Curriculum Leader, over the last two decades, Tom’s logical and methodical approach to English education and assessment (as a post-BA diagnosed Dyslexic) has helped to empower teachers, engage students and enable schools/academies across the country to raise their examination results to record levels.

Tom is the Founder of EdenFiftyOne (EFO): the award-winning edtech platform that encapsulates his step-by-step approach to English skills education and the process for exam success. Promoting the 51 universal skills at the core of every English curriculum, EFO deconstructs and demystifies English education: improving experience and outcomes for teachers, leaders and learners alike.
